32 CarTeL is a site for original art, created by original artists. It is a hub for artists & fans of art to come together as a community. Nowadays there is a lot of copy & pasted music & art. Originality is hard to come by, whether it is marketable or not. Creators must be protected & appreciated. Many times I have seen artists get turned down because their original art did not mesh with the mainstream media, even though their art is just as quality as the art that gets shared around.
