Customer agrees to a non-transferable non-exclusive license to utilize downloaded File for personal or business use for up to 500,000 total uses or impressions or views combined on all mediums at which point they must contact 32 CarTeL LLC for a royalty arrangement.
This agreement may also be revoked at any time for any reason by 32 CarTeL LLC if they determine Customer is in any breach.
Customer agrees to not transfer or transfer by modification of downloaded File in any form to a third party. Customer agrees to download limits per File in quantity and duration.

Privacy

32 CarTeL LLC does not engage in redistribution or sharing of any Customer data including any personal information to any third party unless directed by law.

Refunds and Financial

32 CarTeL LLC does not provide refunds or exchanges for any goods including digital services.
